At Embers BBQ, our menu consists of in house smoked meats, homemade sides, and cooked to order smoked burgers.
Available 7 days a week, we can provide you with pulled pork, pulled chicken and fall off the bone spareribs. Pork and chicken can be served as sandwiches and all 3 are available as platters.
Available Tuesday to Saturday – we freshly prepare chopped beef brisket. Available as a platter, sandwich, or breakfast sandwich.
Our pork, chicken, and brisket are also available in tacos, quesadillas, and nachos.
Day of the week specials
Wednesday, we feature smoked pork belly – available as The Belly Bowl or just as the sampler.
Thursday, we feature the fried chicken sandwich. Brined, breaded and fried to crispy perfection!
Friday, we feature smoked wings. Fried crispy and available as plain jane, dry rub, sweet BBQ, or spicy BBQ.
